Jason handles the following types of employment related claims: all EEOC and state agency matters from the filing of the charge of discrimination, the ensuing investigation, through issuance of the right-to-sue letter; litigating claims arising under Title VII, the Missouri and Illinois Human Rights Acts, Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Age Discrimination In Employment Act, and other federal and state statutes related to employment.
